Tourists from around the world prefer to spend their vacations in the company of his smartphone – such are the results of a survey published by British newspaper Telegraph. 76% of travelers believe that their mobile phone must always be there during the trip, because they need it, than a close friend. According to the study, without a smartphone on holiday can not do 95% of Russians, 85% of Argentines and 55% of Britons.
In a survey of one of the largest travel portals attended by 9000 people from around the world, and as we found out, on average, holidaymakers spend three hours a day with their smartphones – is more than the amount of time they are on the beach. 10% of respondents admitted that they use their mobile in an average of seven hours a day.
Slightly less than a quarter of respondents said that using a smartphone they get their news, one in five uses the gadget to get information about the holiday, while 43% use the phone for social networking. Finally, 75% of travelers do not even book a hotel without the presence in it of wireless Internet access.
